The Central Bank of Sri Lanka has revised the maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratios applicable for vehicle leasing facilities. According to the new guidelines, the maximum leasing percentage for commercial vehicles has been set at 70%, while the maximum for private vehicles has been limited to 50%.
