Ape Janabala Party extends support to NPP Government

Colombo, Nov. 7 (Daily Mirror) - The Ape Janabala Party has announced its decision to extend full support to the current government led by the National People’s Power (NPP).

In a statement issued by the party’s General Secretary, Chinthaka Weerakoon, it was revealed that the party’s supreme council had unanimously decided to cooperate with the government in its ongoing development and reform initiatives.

The statement further noted that the party will also support the NPP in the upcoming elections.

It added that the Ape Janabala Party intends to back the positive decisions made by the government and provide necessary guidance to ensure the successful implementation of national programs introduced by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
