NPP-controlled Soranatota Pradeshiya Sabha budget voted out

Colombo, Nov. 7 (Daily Mirror) - The budget of the NPP–controlled Soranatota Pradeshiya Sabha was voted out today by three votes.
The council met with Chairman Asoka Keerthi Jayalath in the chair. The budget was presented. The five NPP members voted for the government whereas the opposition members voted against it. However, three members were absent during the time of the vote.
