Galle Face roundabout blocked due to helmet protest

The Galle Road is currently blocked for traffic from the Galle Face Roundabout, due to a protest organized by the Ceylon Motorcyclists Association (CMA) against the Gazette notice issued making it compulsory for motorcycle riders and pillion riders to wear protective helmets.
