President orders maximum relief to victims

President Maithripala Sirisena today directed the relevant authorities to provide maximum relief for the people who were affected by the adverse weather conditions prevailing in the country.

In a tweet, President Sirisena expressed his deep condolences to the victims of floods and landslides.

ජීවිත බිලිගත් හදිසි ආපදා තත්ත්වය ගැන අසා මම කැළඹීමටත් ශෝකයටත් පත් වුණෙමි. විපතට පත් ජනතාවට වහා සහන සපයන ලෙස නිලධාරීන්ට දැනුම් දුන්නෙමි.
