CEB staff’s leave cancelled until further notice

The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) today announced that all leave for the staff has been cancelled from today until further notice. 

Addressing the media today at the CEB headquarters, the official said the circular notifying this has been issued and according to it, the CEB staffers could not take leave without the permission of the Deputy General Manager.

Coming to Colombo by CEB office vehicles is strictly prohibited, and if done so, it shall be deemed as misuse of state property. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
