CA orders not to arrest Gihan Pilapitiya without a warrant by Magistrate

The Court of Appeal today issued order that interdicted High Court Judge Gihan Pilapitya shall not be arrested without an order of a Competent Court.

Gihan Pilapitiya filed a writ application in the Court of Appeal yesterday seeking an order preventing his arrest.
