AIA Insurance has been recognised as a ‘Great Place to Work for Women’ for 5 years in a row by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work in Sri Lanka, underscoring its commitment to ensure more inclusion, development, and representation for women to thrive in their careers and life.
AIA was further recognised by another awarding body for its efforts in creating a safe working environment for women. The company was named as one of the ‘Most Outstanding Women Friendly Workplaces’ once again in 2022 by Satynmag.com and CIMA Sri Lanka. This unique award recognises companies that foster measures to encourage and empower women at the workplace.
