Colombo, Feb. 26 (Daily Mirror) - The Galle Cricket Carnival reached its pinnacle on Sunday (25) as the final tournament commenced at the Baddegama Kumme Stadium, graced by the presence of former Sri Lankan cricket legend, Sanath Jayasuriya.
In a collaborative effort between the Galle District Secretariat and Minister Manusha Nanayakakara, the Galle Cricket Carnival has been a beacon of sportsmanship and community engagement. The preliminary rounds, which took place across various divisional secretariats, paved the way for today's much-anticipated finals.
