Ordinary citizens must be allowed to conduct their business without fear or intimidation. Why must the archbishop or whoever is responsible try to prevent them from entering the harbor? I am a Christian and fishermen played a tremendous role in the Holy Scriptures. For these desperate souls to struggle for their rights!! Disgraceful!!!!
