Two prisoners escape from A’pura outdoor prison camp

• They had changed clothes and fled the camp

Two prisoners of the Anuradhapura outdoor prison camp are reported to have fled yesterday afternoon.   
 One of them was from Shravastipura and the other from Kelaniya area. They had been detailed to work in the public canteen at Jayanthi Mawatha in the outdoor prison camp.

   
However they had changed clothes and fled the camp.  

Anuradhapura police and prison officials have initiated investigations to track down the two  escapees.
