SJB Beliatta organizer joins UNP

Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) Beliatta Organizer Druvin Pravin Atapattu joined UNP and obtained the membership from party Chairman Vajira Abeywardena.   Atapattu is the son of late Dr.Ranjith Atapattu who was the Minister of Health in the cabinet of late President J. R. Jayewardene.   Druvin Atapattu who was representing UNP in the Hambantota District joined SJB together with current opposition leader Sajith Premadasa in 2020.  The move by him comes just days after UNP extended an open invitation to SJBers to return to its fold.
