LOLC Finance sells Commercial Insurance Brokers’ stake

LOLC Finance announced this week that it has disposed the entire stake held in Commercial Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Limited (CIB).

LOLC Finance has disposed its 40 percent stake for a consideration of Rs. 332,880,000 on 31 March 2025, it said in a filing to the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE). 

The transaction is duly noted by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and subject to compliance with other regulatory requirements.
