Woman arrested with heroin and Rs.7 mn in cash

A woman in possession with nearly 1kg of heroin and Rs.7 million in cash was arrested at Baddegana in Mirihana today, police said.

Western Province Senior DIG Deshabandu Thennakoon said that a car which had been used by the suspect was also taken into the custody by the Megahawatta Police.
