Wimal's daughter refuses to eat; admitted to hospital

National Freedom Front (NFF) leader Wimal Weerawansa’s daughter was admitted to the Lady Ridgeway Hospital yesterday evening, hospital sources said.

It was reported that she had refused her food, after Mr. Weerawansa began a hunger strike on Wednesday.

According to sources, she was admitted to the Ragama Hospital last morning and later transferred to the Lady Ridgeway Hospital. (Thilanka Kanakarathna)
