Sudarshani Fernandopulle resigns as State Minister

State Minister of Primary Health Care, Epidemics and COVID Disease Control Dr. Sudarshani Fernandopulle has tendered her resignation to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.

In her letter, Dr. Fernandopulle said that she cannot continue to work in the ministry at a time when people are suffering from many issues due to prevailing economic crisis in the country.(DSB)
