NTC to operate inter-provincial office transport services

The National Transport Commission (NTC) said that staff transport services are scheduled to operate from today to facilitate passengers.

They stated that the transportation services will begin from 4.15 pm from the Shalika grounds in Narahenpita.

The transport services will operate to Galle, Kandy, Ratnapura, Kurunegala and Chilaw from this evening.

The buses will arrive in Narahenpita from those cities the next day, the NTC said.

It is also planned to expand these office transport services to several other major cities in the coming days, they added. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
