Journalist Athula Bandara passes away

Provincial correspondent and journalist Athula Bandara passed away this morning at a hospital in Anuradhapura at the age of 60.

He had been ill for some time and breathed last this morning while receiving treatment at the Anuradhapura Hospital.

Athula Bandara had worked for the Daily Mirror Newspaper as well as for the official website as the provincial correspondent for the North Central Province.
