Jeewan Thondaman resigns from National Council

General Secretary of the Ceylon Workers Congress (CWC) Jeewan Thondaman has resign from the National Council, Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardene announced today.

Speaker said MP M. Rameshwaran was appointed in place of MP Jeewan Thondaman.

In addition, MP Patali Champika Ranawaka has also been appointed to the National Council.
