300 kg heroin seized from many boats off Hambantota

Ten suspects have been arrested with 300kg of heroin in the seas off Hambantota during a joint operation by the Sri Lanka Navy, Police Special Task Force (STF) and Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB).

The Navy said two fishing boats and a dinghy have also been taken into custody along with the suspects.
