The first ship carrying 3,700 metric tonnes of LP gas has arrived in the island this afternoon.
The second ship carrying 3,740 metric tonnes of gas will arrive tomorrow (11) evening, Presidential Secretariat said.
President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has instructed the officers to carry out the unloading and distribution of LP gas as soon as the first ship arrives at Kerawalapitiya today (10) at 3 p.m, it said in a statement.
The third ship with 3,200 metric tonnes of gas will arrive in Sri Lanka on July (15) and the amount of gas ordered for this month is 33,000 metric tonnes.
A statement issued by the Presidential Secretariat said Mr. Muditha Peiris, Chairman of Litro Gas Company, said that the gas distribution will be regular and systematic from July 12 and the problem regarding domestic LP gas demand will be completely evaded by the end of this month.

How come Gota is giving instructions here? He has been kicked out, what has he got to do in this? Where is he giving instructions from ? From his hiding place in the army camp? People understand this, there is a conspiracy here. Keep the protests happening .
