A group of the 43rd Brigade led by Patali Champika Ranawaka met JVP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake at the JVP head quarters today.

Patali Champika Ranawaka, Karunaratne Paranavithana, Nishantha Sri Warnasinghe, Bandula Chandrasekara and Sumeda Ratnayake attended the meeting on behalf of the 43rd Bribade while JVP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake, JVP politburo members Sunil Hadunnetti and Lal Kantha represented the JVP.

They have discussed the current political situation in the country.

JVP represntatives met Sri Lanka Muslim Congress leader Rauff Hakeem also recently. (Ajith Siriwardana)
