Huh, cartoon is about excessive allocation of budget for defence, compared to expectation of society. There are much higher amounts of taxes where I live, in Australia, but far less defence forces in Australia. The government revenue has greater proportion allocated to health and education.Taxes are good for a society when they then spent on worthy purposes that long term improves a society.
