Additional Magistrate visits Rajitha at hospital

I am in love with my country, I like the way the judiciary works. A minister who was able and capable of going to court to have a preventive bail applied and who even has the energy to bow down to a priest etc. is now critically ill and hospitalized. the best part is he cannot even move from the hospital, the doctors who say he is ill are from the private sector and the commendable matter is that the Honorable Majistrate visits the hospital. We the people who vote for these people think we have the power, however, if we did something wrong and were to be arrested, will the same type of game work??? can we also be hospitalized and an Honorable Judge or Majestrate visit us for whatever reason to resolve the case? Or is the law in the country different for the people we vote for and the voters themselves? I am just inquiring to see if justice is fair and impartial towards every citizen of the country.
