Hayleys MGT gets nod for name change

A special resolution to change the name Hayleys MGT Knitting Mills PLC to Hayleys Fabric PLC was unanimously approved by the shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held yesterday.

Hayleys MGT is a subsidiary company of diversified Hayleys group.
