The govt has taken some good actions to protect the customers from various errant business activities. Thanks. also i would like to request from the relevant authorities (to whom this matter may concern) During many festive seasons like Aluth Avurudu, and Vesak, many individuals and bogus organizations and committee people collect money from the public, and business people mentioning the names of politicians, and may be some big shots of the community, and Underworld leaders. The govt must bring some stern action against. cos we do not know the accuracy of these activities. the people who come to collect money, should have approval from the relevant Divisional Secretary and approved by the area police officer allowing them to collect money and should give official receipt.

Good timing! Put them in jail, and force the shops to close during the festive season.
