Sajith avoids reception hosted for Iranian President

• Sajith was reported to have been invited for the reception but failed to attend same

Leader of Opposition Sajith Premadasa yesterday avoided meeting the visiting President of Iran Ebrahim Raisi, it was reported yesterday. 
When inquired by  the Daily Mirror, Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) General Secretary Ranjith Madduma Bandara said Mr. Premadasa did not meet the visiting Iranian leader.  

Also he said the Opposition Leader did not participate in any function attended by Dr. Raisi.   A reception was organized in honour of the Iranian President. 
It was reported that Mr. Premadasa had been invited for the reception but failed to attend it.
