The 1990 Suwa Seriya Ambulance Service announced that they have suspended the emergency ambulance service in 14 districts due to the current fuel shortage.
While publishing a notice, they said the service was suspended from 4.00 pm yesterday (10).
Therefore, the Suwa Seriya Ambulance Service announced that their service will not be available in the areas in the following districts due to the fuel shortage.
They appealed to the public to refrain from calling 1990 and request the service in Batticoloa, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Puttalam, Badulla, Monaragala, Hambantota, Matara, Galle, Kalutara, Kegalla, Ratnapura, Vavunia and Mullativu districts.
