A total of 916 more Covid-19 patients recovered and were discharged from hospital increasing the total number of recoveries in Sri Lanka to 58,075, the Health Ministry said.

Based on what these recoveries are stated as recoveries. Tests or quantities. As everyone knows the tests results are not very reliable given the circumstances.
