This Senasinghe is obviously one of the many political idiots that the SJB has in its midst!!! Fonseka is being reprimanded and prevented from carrying out any activities because he repeatedly criticises the party and some of its members!!! One can't help but hold one's head in disbelief! A party should be happy when it is viewed critically and has controversially thinking members!!! Fonseka is the only personality in this party (and beyond!) who has excellent skills, character and independence and has the necessary presidential stature to change the still catastrophic situation in the country!!! What is a Premadasa or Mr Senasinghe compared to that!!!

No doubt SF was instrumental along with other members of the forces for winning the war. However, since he has not his own party and joining SJB as an aliiance, he no business to question or criticise the party in public. If he is not happy with the policies of the party, he should resign and look for another God-father. With his stupidity actions he is trying to split SJB. He lost his Presidential election against Mahinda and has no clue about politics.Always uses his position as Field Marshal to impress the public. He should confine himself to his home and enjoy the last few years with his family. By taking this step he will be remembered as a war hero. He should be grateful to SJB for absorbing him to the party n making him a prominent member as otherwise he will be "Lost hero". So if he has to remain in the party, he has to follow its policies and take active part n support the SJB leader n other party members at this time of Prez and General elections.

It is exactly the opposite of what one commentator claims, the SJB can count itself lucky that a man like Fonseka has joined this party!!! Fonseka towers over everyone in the top committees of this party and he, like other thoughtful members, has the right to criticise them!!! The fact that Fonseka once lost an election to MR, who, being as cunning as he is, mobilised all means against Fonseka, does not speak against him!!! Fonseka was the key strategic mastermind in the fight against LTTE terror, and the victory is thanks to him and the militant SL Army alone!!!
