Fonseka’s lawsuit against SJB: Court rejects Sajith’s objections

Why court waste time on this matter. It is a position appointed by a party leader and he should be able to remove him too. Just wasting public money on usless matters. People will loose faith on courts continues and it will reach a point where it cannot be reversed.

This type of verdicts are the curse of justice system and the guardian of corruption. These fellows issued similar verdicts not to arrest Gota prior to him becoming the President. The country, the people paid a heavy price for such miscarriages of justice in the country

The attempt to exclude Premadasa Fonseka from the SJB, at a time when Sri Lanka is trying to set the course for a fundamental, even radical, reorganization of politics and society, can no longer be surpassed in terms of ridiculousness!!! The fact that a court also has to deal with the differences and consequences resulting from personal animosity between the two is an indictment of Premadasa's leadership skills!!! Premadasa and Fonseka should go their separate ways! You can't win elections with Premadasa as the party leader and such childish arguments!!!

Court cases drag year on ends with no end in sight. While the victims spend $$ on lawyers and being victimized again and again. The whole justice system is rotten to the core

I am always amazed when I read the personality defamatory comments about Sarath Fonseka! Are they all people who know him from years of personal contact and interaction or are they basing their opinions about him on hearsay, fantasies, speculation and prejudiced thinking towards military personnel!!!??? The fact is that this man has done an outstanding job for the country and its people, has more political intelligence than all the presidential candidates mentioned so far, represents political values ​​and beliefs that are democratically based and is ready to work with people who think and think like themselves, the "radical" , to make the change process a corruption-free, ethnically equal and safe Sri Lanka!!! The legal system shows political parties are nothing compared to individual rights. Even parliament has to be brought into the same group as political parties. SLPP wasn't there long before last election, and it should be decimated even though it did much good early in its term. However their back flip under Ranil's control shows they've lost touch. Sarath should be boss of Ranil, Mahinda the failed, Gota, and have Sajith as a peon.
