Gampaha, Jan 23 (Daily Mirror) - A Buddhist monk has been shot dead with a T-56 weapon at a temple at Malwathu Hiripitiya in Gampaha.
Police said four unknown persons in a car had reportedly opened fire at the monk and fled. The monk died after being admitted to the hospital.
