The Ministry of External Affairs is working closely with the Lankan embassies in Libya , Egypt and the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment  to ensure the safety and security of Lankan expatriates. Arrangements have even been made to evacuate them if the necessity arises, the External Affairs Ministry said today
