Grade one admissions circular for 2027 issued

Colombo, June 25 (Daily Mirror) - The Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education Ministry has issued Circular No. 25/2026 outlining the procedure for the admission of children to Grade One in government schools for the 2027 academic year.

According to the Ministry, the relevant press release on Grade One admissions was published in government newspapers on June 29, 2026.

The circular provides guidelines and application procedures for the admission of children to Grade One in schools across the country for the 2027 school year.
