John Keells Holdings triumphed at the 2025 Mercantile Swimming Championship, amassing 609 points to claim their fifth title in the event’s 16-year history. 

SriLankan Airlines finished runners-up with 549 points, while MAS Holdings secured third place with 463. The championship, featuring over 650 swimmers from 31 mercantile organizations, was held at the Thurstan Swimming Complex and organized by the Thurstan College Aquatic Club in partnership with the Sri Lanka Aquatic Sports Union (SLASU).
