In the last global pandemic of 1917-1918, named the Spanish Flu, INDIA WAS DEVASTATED WITH 10 MILLION DEATHS, THE HIGHEST NUMBER OF DEATHS AMONG ALL THE COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD AND MUMBAI WAS THE EPICENTRE FOR THE INFECTION. Now hundred years later in the present global pandemic again India is being battered severely and also again it is Mumbai that is being mostly affected. We in Sri Lanka have to guard against the virus spreading from India, that means totally cutting off all physical links with that country in any shape or form.
