Missing organizer pulled up

The Telephone party activists of an electorate South of Colombo, not too far from the city, had got agitated when the lady organizer of the area failed to show up in connection with any political activity following the recent polls.

The concerned party activists had later met the party chief at the party headquarters to make a complaint about the missing organizer.

Later the party chief had summoned the organizer to the party headquarters so that she could settle the issue with the activists who had come there. The moment she turned up; the activists had begun venting their spleen on her.

The party chief who quickly intervened, had calmed down the angry activists and castigated the organizer too, they say.
