In a landmark agreement that augurs well for the local industry, Lankem Robbialac joined hands with Sri Lanka Institute of Architects - as its Principal Partner for 2017.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in Colombo last week at the Taj Samudra Hotel with the SLIA represented by its Senior Vice President Archt. D.H Wijewardena and Director of Lankem Ceylon PLC Ruwan T. Weerasinghe.
Speaking on the theme of ‘Architect 2017- Return of The City – Megastructure Redefined’, Director of Lankem Ceylon PLC Ruwan T. Weerasinghe said, “The time for such a theme was very opportune in the current context with mega structures like luxury hotels and lifestyle apartment cities coming up within the city and we see the skyline of Colombo changing rapidly month after month”.
