Gota assures solutions to concerns of northern people

The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) presidential candidate Gotabaya Rajapaksa yesterday assured he would resolve the concerns of the northern people.  

He gave this assurance during a discussion held with the Eelam People’s Democratic Party (EPDP) Leader Douglas Devananda about the concerns of the people in the North because of the lack of development.   

Mr. Rajapaksa said a people-friendly government would help provide answers to their concerns and that he would create an environment where all citizens could live in unity and be proud to be Sri Lankans. 

He gave this assurance during a discussion held with the Eelam People’s  Democratic Party (EPDP) Leader Douglas Devananda about the concerns of  the people in the North
