“ I was informed on Wednesday that Mr. Ramanayake had tabled the CDs. I was also informed by him that he had handed over the CDs to the Secretary General Parliament who had directed him to the hanzard department. Mr Ramanayake had received legal advice while he was on his way to the hanzard department. Mr Ramanayake had received a receipt from the Secretary General,” Dr De Silva said making a statement in Parliament yesterday.
