All post offices will be opened on May 4 for regular postal operations, Postmaster General Ranjith Ariyaratne announced yesterday.
The public life was gradually coming to normal at the 21 districts where the curfew had been lifted for 15 hours from 5.00 am to 8.00 pm yesterday and the people were seen gathering at retail outlets, grocery stores, pharmacies and other supermarkets with the Police, MOH, PHI officials and armed forces keeping a watchful eye on those who ignore health advisories.

The government has relaxed Curfew regulations to restore normalcy in civilian life, except the Western Province and Puttalam District.
