what about time tables for areas outside colombo - do we have to wait in suspense not knowing when the power cut is? CEB's website has links but when clicked it says 'schedule to be uploaded shortly' what a bunch of losers.

Take away the air conditioned cubicles from all the government and private offices and also from the top guys' cubicles. Demand the curtains pulled away from the office windows and let the sunshine come in, so the bulbs in offices could be put off in the day!
