The flags hoisted doesn't indicate the real Volkswagen emblem and didn't see any body representing the German company. Smells fishy?

It is not a car manufacturing plant - just assembly like Micro which doing chinese cars, SUVs and busses for past ten years. Nothing so great but at least something is better to give jobs to locals..
