Emirates ‘smarts up’ passengers with Google Now

Emirates, one of the world’s fastest growing airlines has announced that it will start to roll out Google Now™ cards for their passengers who book via Emirates.com.

A feature of the Google Search™ app, Google Now is available and fully integrated for Android™ (devices running Android 4.1 and above) and iOS (iPhones and iPads).

Google Now is like a smart personal assistant that gives users exactly t he travel information they need, when they need it, with minimal effort spent searching.

It reminds passengers of their upcoming flight, providing flight times and departure terminal.

It will also give passengers relevant information on their destination’s weather condition, currency, local landmarks, and accommodation and tourist attractions.

All in all, passengers will have information they need about the flight and the destination delivered at the right place, right time, without having to ask or search

Google Now is available on Android, iPhone and iPad and is available as part of the updated Google Search app.
