The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), under the auspices of the Commerce Ministry, will launch the first-ever virtual textile-specific trade exhibition of Pakistan from February 1-5, 2021, in light of the precautionary measures undertaken in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The virtual exhibition platform will operate 24 hours a day, allowing buyers and visitors from around the globe to attend according to their own time zones and from the safety of their homes and offices.

Keeping in view of the current global demand with an aim to showcase the entire range of quality textile products of Pakistan, the sectors in focus include home textiles, ready-made and high-end fashion garments, fabrics and personal protective equipment.

The exhibition will allow Pakistani exhibitors and international buyers and visitors to hold virtual business meetings via video or audio options, exchange of digital business, ability to communicate direct messages with exhibitors’ team and showcasing of the entire product range in full detail through videos and photos.

Moreover, informational seminars on the textile sector and fashion shows will be held on the sidelines of the exhibition, explaining the prominent trends in the global apparel and textile market.

Sri Lankan visitors, buyers, textile manufacturers and traders are highly encouraged to register free of cost through the link: http://virtualtexpo.tdap.gov.pk and take advantage of this unique opportunity.
