CSE approves first Empower Board listing

  • Chrissworld Limited to raise Rs.56mn, offering 7.5mn shares

The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) yesterday said it had approved an application submitted by Chrissworld Limited for the listing of its ordinary voting shares by way of an offer for subscription on the Empower Board of the CSE.

 
The company will be offering for subscription 7.5 million ordinary voting shares, at Rs.7.50 per share, to raise a total sum Rs.56.25 million.  The initial public offering (IPO) of the logistics company is due to be opened on April 27, 2021.
