I understand your point. Sri Lanka is now like Argentina under Pinocheet. Anyone can get killed by the regime.

Abductions and murders are good for the country ?

niyaz noordeen Monday, 02 January 2012 04:21 AM

Abducted and shot by another gang only spells more gloom than good. this only shows that another "dabare" has emerged who is more powerful than the one who was killed. These turf wars will continue unless the govt. brings in laws similar to what they have in some ME countries and implement them impartially. Why are we afraid of the death penalty if don't do wrong? HR will only talk on behalf of the criminal, not the victim.

Those who live by the sword die by the sword... I bet people who were agonized and terrorised by him are of relief.... Good start to a new year... may peace dawn on every soul......

People seem to be happy that a gang have abducted and killed a man , because he was criminal , but how would you feel if next week they killed one of your friends or relatives because they were in the wrong place or said the wrong thing.
These gangs are just murderers and should be locked up in jail.
If the guy was a wanted criminal why didn't the police go to his house and pick him up, plenty of people seemed to know where he lived.
