Minister of Transport Kumara Welgama declared open the restored railway tracks from Thandikulam to Omanthai which was inactive for the past 21 years, a short while ago. The railway track was restored under the ‘Uthuru Wasanthaya' programme. (Rifthy Ali).jpg)
