The US can begin to import textiles from Sri Lanka and Bangladesh as they will never produce it in the US, Nobel Laureate in Economics, Joseph Stiglitz said. He condemned the current monetary policy of the United States and the European Union saying that they had contributed to the negative impact on global growth.

Yes only for this they wanted US, every time the govt and ministers are criticizing the US for its involvement in Sri Lanka affairs, especially the fast unto death minister and actor Wimal Weerawansa, very wrong name to a person of this caliber
