Yes indeed, I saw the live telecast on BBC. According to some who participated in this interactive dialogue, Sri Lanka is the number one country when it comes to rape. But a few days ago BBC itself gave a full story about how women in South Sudan get raped daily by it's govt forces. Also the British journalist Frances Harrison interviewed a Tamil woman in disguise who went on accusing Sri Lanka forces for raping Tamil women in the north. The woman had a fake accent throughout the interview.

It was funny to see an Indian woman during the dialogue accusing Sri Lankan forces for raping women. For her, Sri Lanka is the worst country when in comes to rape. She kept on accusing SL Govt for not allowing foreign intervention to solve the issue. I wonder why she is not interested in rape issues in her own country, India.
